Missouri's VFW in District 7 has announced winners of the Patriot's Pen, Voice of Democracy, and Teacher of the year awards and scholarships.  Winning entries have been forwarded to the State level for the next level of competition.  Presentations and appreciation will be the highlight of the February District meeting at Carthage Post 2590 on February 12th at 10 am.
